Domestic Shipping Policy

PCExtreme.com ships each order via FedEx or USPS. Rates are automatically calculated by FedEx or USPS Online Shipping Calculator by accordance of weight.

Shipping charges are not included in the price of the item.
Shipping time is not guaranteed; shipping cost is also not guaranteed.
We are sorry, but we can not refund the shipping charges for weather related delays.
PCExtreme.com does not take responsibility for delayed arrivals on packages shipped to rural areas.
PCExtreme.com does not take responsibility for delayed arrivals due to closed or delayed airport activity.
PCExtreme.com ships most packages signature required.

PCExtreme.com is not responsible if a package does not arrive at the scheduled delivery date as a result of Customer not being at the shipping location to sign for the package.

PCExtreme.com is not responsible for USPS packages with delivery confirmation numbers that declare the package as delivered but the customer cannot "find" the package. As for orders using FedEx shipping methods, FedEx will do their best to search for the "missing" package by filing a trace. If FedEx deems the package missing, an insurance claim can be filed and a replacement order can be shipped out. Unfortunately, USPS does not provide this service and as a result, PCExtreme.com cannot blindly send out a replacement order if a customer claims their USPS package as "missing" when the delivery confirmation number says the package was delivered at the appropriate location. This is why PCExtreme.com strongly recommends selecting FedEx shipping methods over USPS shipping methods.

Canadian Shipping Policy

UPS will charge you an import fee (Duty, GST-Customs, Brokerage, PST, and/or Duty Disbursment) if shipping through UPS Standard. Upon delivery of your shipment you will be required to pay these fees in order to receive your shipment. UPS Worldwide Express shipping methods are faster and cover some, but not all of these fees. If you refuse to pay these fees and not accept the shipment, PCExtreme.com will ONLY refund the cost of the product minus a 20% restocking fee. We will not refund the shipping cost paid at the time of the order.

Due to the fact that these are government fees PCExtreme.com can not waive or refund these fees.

Return Policy

Damaged Items:

All FedEx packages are fully insured. If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us immediately.

Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no credit will be given. Damaged packages must be held for five days with original packaging for FedEx inspection.

Returns:

PCExtreme.com systems and parts that are purchased directly from PCExtreme.com by an end-user customer may be returned by Customer in accordance with PCExtreme.com's "Return Policy" in effect on the date of the invoice.

Products returned for credit must be received within 30 days of invoice date and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Water cooling products and custom or customized products are returnable for repair or replacement only.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping charges on merchandise for any reason. Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number, insurance and proof of delivery. We recommend FedEx.

PCExtreme.com will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier.

Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt signature of an authorized PCExtreme.com employee.

Shipping Charges for Returns:

PCExtreme.com provides shipping to the sender only.

Unless otherwise noted, shipping on products and returns is non-refundable, and returning a product comes at the expense of the customer. Customer will be responsible for paying shipping to PCExtreme.com for parts, accessories and barebones.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

By accepting delivery of the advanced computer cooling solutions, computer systems and/or other products described on that invoice, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in sole discretion of PCExtreme.com.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

Unless otherwise noted, products sold by PCExtreme.com are covered by our 30-day return period. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 30-day return period are specified on the product's individual pages as well as in our full Return Policy. Some items, such as the Modular/Segmented Power Supplies, have an optional 1 year extended warranty. PCExtreme.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site. PCExtreme.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to PCExtreme.com arising from any product sold on this website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall PCExtreme.com, its officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

PCExtreme.com and the materials therein are provided "as is".

PCExtreme.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to PCExtreme.com, its operations, content, information, or materials. PCExtreme.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to the site or its use, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that PCExtreme.com, its officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of PCExtreme.com You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

All items purchased at PCExtreme.com are to be used at your own risk.

When used properly, all PCExtreme.com products are absolutely safe.

Damage to computer components and possible bodily harm can occur if a product is used improperly. PCExtreme.com assumes no liability whatsoever, expressed or implied for the use of these products.

We do not guarantee compatibility.

On all water cooling, sleeved items, custom modified products, all sales are final unless otherwise noted. Defective items will be replaced. Any modifications (such as sleeving, installation of items, etc) may void the warranty of an item.

We reserve the right to cancel unfulfilled orders at any time or request payment in advance through money order or certified bank check.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against PCExtreme.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the PCExtreme.com world wide web sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in the State of Utah.

Updates

PCExtreme.com's policy is one of ongoing product update and revision.

PCExtreme.com may revise and discontinue products at any time.

PCExtreme.com will ship products that have the functionality and performance of the products ordered.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, PCExtreme.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for typographical errors, even if an invoice was issued in error. PCExtreme.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, PCExtreme.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
